Returns & Exchanges

Mission Workshop products are built to last a lifetime, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges on all domestic orders within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include any accessories or documentation that came with the product.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
